Bradford’s Back Pain Specialist

I don't think that's an exaggeration either. While I treat a wide range of conditions at Baildon Pain Clinic, back pain is what I'm known for.

I see people of all ages, all fitness levels, and all body types — from desk workers who've quietly accumulated years of stiffness, to builders managing acute injuries, to people with chronic conditions who've been told there's nothing more that can be done.

Back pain is my life’s work.

There are those who've had pain for a while — they've tried resting it, done the exercises, maybe had some treatment — and it keeps coming back, or never quite went away. And there are those who hurt themselves recently and just want to know what's happened and how to fix it quickly.

What’s your story?

The right question isn’t what hurts. It’s why hasn’t it got better on it’s own.

The body is remarkably good at healing itself. When it doesn't, something is maintaining the problem. Treatment without proper examination is just short-term relief.

What it is.
What's stopping it from getting better on its own.
And roughly how long it should take to change.

That might sound straightforward, but a lot of people with back pain have never actually been told those things clearly. Pain feels very different when you understand it. It stops being this unpredictable force and becomes something with a cause, a mechanism, and a path out.

By the end of your first session you’ll know three things.
