Here’s how it works.

  • Osteopath in Baildon conducting a thorough 60-minute initial consultation and physical exam to identify and explain the cause of pain.

    Diagnosis

Our first session is 60 minutes long; consisting of a full physical exam and case history. This is your chance to explain uninterrupted how I can help you. You’ll leave this session with an improved understanding of what’s causing your pain - and what’s maintaining it.

If there is reasonable clinical evidence that your symptoms require onwards referral, I can assist you with this also.

  • Osteopath providing hands-on treatment to relieve pain and restore natural movement using techniques from osteopathy, chiropractic, and physiotherapy

    Treatment

As an osteopath, I use hands-on techniques to relieve pain. But I don’t limit myself to one toolbox. Where helpful, I draw on proven methods from chiropractic and physiotherapy - selecting what’s right for your body, not just what fits a label. The aim is always the same: to reduce pain, restore natural movement, and keep it from coming back.

  • Osteopath giving personalised exercise and recovery advice to help patients maintain progress and prevent pain returning between treatments.

    Support

Treatment doesn’t end when you walk out of the door. I’ll give you clear advice, tailored exercises, and practical strategies to reinforce the progress we make in clinic. You’ll know exactly what to do between sessions to support your recovery and prevent setbacks - so lasting relief becomes your new normal.
